Connie is a skilled engagement and planning practitioner with experience across both strategic and statutory projects. She joined ERA in 2023 after working across the public and private sectors in NSW,

Connie’s experience across two disciplines enriches her practice. She takes a collaborative, human-centred approach to consultation, with a focus on strong relationships and innovative communication methods that connect people, strategy and place.

Her additional training in design and communication makes her our resident expert in distilling complex ideas into easy to understand content.
