Project FNW was a collaboration between the Circular Head Tourism Association and West by North West Regional Tourism who wish to understand where the greatest tourism development potential is in the region.

ERA Planning and Environment formed part of the Evolve Tourism team who identified, developed and tested several new tourism concepts. ERA was specifically responsible for undertaking planning and environmental assessments of the shortlisted concepts and identifying approval requirements and pathways.

The preferred concept, a tourism adventure hub at the former Dismal Swamp site, is now progressing through the next stage of concept development.

We acknowledge and respect Tasmanian Aboriginal people as the Traditional Owners of Lutruwita (Tasmania).

They are the original custodians of our land and waters. We respect their unique ability to care for country and deep spiritual connection to it.

We honour Elders past, present and emerging whose knowledge and wisdom has and will ensure the continuation of culture and traditional practices.
