431 Elizabeth Street Apartments Planning advice
Working with the architects at S Group, ERA secured the planning approval for a new apartment building at 431 Elizabeth Street in late 2020. The development seeks to set a new benchmark for apartment living in North Hobart.
Currently under construction, the site will soon be home to 27 families, a new ground floor commercial tenancy, and a rooftop terrace. It will provide for much-needed dwelling diversity and contribute to the vibrancy of the area.
ERA provided expert planning advice to enable approval despite a tricky site with frontages to three streets and neighbouring a variety of uses. With creative design, S Group was then able to deliver a functional and attractive development.
